Ford goes retro with the 2018 Ford Mustang Pony Package. Limited to Mustangs fitted with the 2.3-liter inline-four EcoBoost engine, the Pony package brings back the iconic corral grille with options that add a number of throwback touches to the current Mustang.
Along with the new grille, the Pony Package adds a tri-bar pony badge on the decklid, and lower body stripes that come in either black or white. Other exterior changes include 19-inch polished aluminum wheels and bright beltline and window trim. When you step inside the Pony Pack-equipped Mustang you'll find high quality carpets and floor mats embroidered with an Ebony Mustang logo.
The performance specifications for the 2018 Ford Mustang have yet to be disclosed but there will be an upgraded 5.0 liter V8 engine. It is expected to hit showroom floors this fall. Pricing has yet to be announced but will be released closer to when they go on sale.
